Cate has been a Central Oregon resident since 1976. She became a Real Estate Broker in 1986 and started her real estate career in residential and land sales. In 1992 Cate joined the sales team for the Broken Top PUD and was successful in selling out that development. During that time (1996) she started her own real estate company and was the on site sales office for the development. She owned her company, Cushman & Co.
