Most real estate transactions in Pronghorn (excluding fractional purchases of the Residence Club) require buyers to pay a $115,000 fully-refundable membership fee. All members and their children are entitled to unlimited use of the following benefits:
Clubhouse, Trailhead facility, locker rooms, fitness facilities, pools, hot tubs, tennis court, Concierge services, member-only driving range area, PGA Tour Academy access, 20% off merchandise in the Golf Shop, Camp Pronghorn & Pronghorn Adventures, valet service, complimentary shuttle to and from Redmond/Bend airports and Mt. Bachelor (during the winter only), Troon Advantage program, social events.
Pronghorn Purchase Requirements
- No time limit to build when purchasing a lot
- $115,000 fully-refundable club membership fee is required at time of purchase of lot or home
- HOA dues are $150 per month

- May 1st – Oct 31st = $80.00
